The Thinking Blocks™ Team

We have been teaching math, science, and technology to students of all ages for the past 14 years. Our passion has been creating hands-on learning programs for classroom use that integrate all three subjects. Some of our more popular programs have been Gear Math, Robotic Rescue Missions, Mystery Theater, and Physics Fun Factory. Each program blends hands on activities with real world math connections. The technology component could be anything from video documentation to global collaboration.

More recently, we've been interested in teaching students how to express their interests and knowledge through programming. Our highly engaging projects teach students the fundamentals of computer programming and provide a powerful means of communication. We are currently using the Scratch program from MIT, the Alice program from Carnegie Mellon, and a robot equipped with LOGO.
